·         Roaming Short Codes is a service that enables inbound roamers to access local/home services such as voicemail, customer care, and account balance while roaming by using the home network short codes they are familiar with. When the roaming subscriber makes a call to a short code, the Roaming Short Codes application dynamically combines key roaming subscriber information (like home network code, country code) and matches it to an appropriate destination number.

Smart Call Assistant

·         The Smart Call Assistant feature significantly makes international call dialing easy for inbound roamers by automatically adding their local country code prefix to familiar numbers on their mobile phones. This reduces the mistakes brought about by new and unfamiliar dialing codes and patterns.
